Jacqueline Larson
Jacqueline Larson has joined the Wisconsin Timber Rattlers as a Banquet & Sales manager. Jax, as she is better known, has already begun assisting fans in planning their events in the Fox Communities Credit Union Fox Club at Neuroscience Group Field. Larson is a Brewers fan and a Wisconsin native with over twenty years of experience in hospitality and operations. She worked as a Director of Operations and General Manager with Hilton and Marriott properties in the Madison area and with AARP as a Business Operations Analyst prior to joining the Timber Rattlers.

Brandy O’Marro
Banquet & Events ManagerBrandy O'Marro joined the Timber Rattlers after spending 18 years owning and operating her own pub and banquet hall. With more than 20 years of experience in the wedding and events industry, she brings a wealth of knowledge, attention to detail, and a passion for creating unforgettable experiences. Brandy is married to her husband, Shawn, and together they have two children, Colin (20) and Ireland (15), along with their 5-year-old dog, Bailey. She is excited to help couples create the wedding of their dreams and ensure every detail of each event is thoughtfully planned and flawlessly executed. Brandy is thrilled to be part of the Timber Rattlers organization and looks forward to serving the community while creating memorable experiences for every guest.

Head ChefCharles Behrmann
Charles is in his 8th season with the Rattlers. He is originally from Manitowoc Wisconsin, graduated from Roncalli High School in 2004 and Fox Valley Technical College in 2008 with an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts. Throughout his years in Appleton, he has worked as the Sous Chef of the Oshkosh Convention Center and kitchen supervisor for the Radisson Paper Valley Hotel. In 2016 he won the "Emerging Chef of the Year" award, and in 2018 he won the "Chef of the Year" award from the American Culinary Federation -Fox Valley Chapter, a group he is currently active in, serving as vice president. Charles lives in Appleton with his wife, Kaitlyn, daughters, Norah, and Violet and their pets. In his downtime, he loves smoking meats and grilling for friends and neighbors, and cheering on all Wisconsin sports teams.
